    error 31. just unistall faceit ac and close wallpaper enginer also works.

    as mentioned, its likely because of Faceit AC or vanguard. i've had code 31 and got rid of it with uninstalling Faceit AC

    @Aeezakmi and @eddybaez its probrably because u have FaceIt Anti-Cheat or vanguard installed.

    That's not the same error. To solve code 2001, you need to open cmd.exe as admin and run this command:
