Hello i did a payment today, and now my acc is banned, without any information. Could it be an error or could i get an explanation?

my game constantly crashes after in raid or before a game even starts in lobby, which makes the game unplayable. May I get a refund? kindest regards

So I paid using crypto. It brought up a screen to register. I did so. Then paid. After that I couldn't login. I then recreated a new account with the same email. How can I proof I paid now? I got transaction ID etc.
