This is done through a unique referral link. Users who refer people to the site through the referral link, will earn 15% of sales from people who created their account through the referral link. (This will not work for already registered users). Money earned can then be cashed out through PayPal, when the user has reached at least €10. This is manually checked and handled to avoid fraud of the system.
